ENGINEER
I've worked as a sound engineer professionally in a variety of venues. Including proscenium and black box theatre, outdoor venues, and a water ski park. When I engineer, I try to bring out the heart of whatever I'm working on. I passionately believe that sound is the most powerful of the 5 senses. It transports us to past experiences and locations and impacts us on a core emotional level.
UA Jazz Series
The music department at the University of Arkansas puts on many concerts through the year. For these concerts I was the mixer and microphone tech, as well as the lighting designer and tech.
Miss You Like Hell
This is a new musical put on by Theatre Squared in Fayetteville Arkansas. I was brought in as a fill in engineer and ended up working over half of the performances. Credit and promotion for this production can be found here.
Ride the Cyclone
This production was done at the University of Arkansas. It was done with a live pit and wireless microphones in a black box theatre.
